Richard Mularski

Richard Mularski, MD, MSHS, MCR, FCCS leads health services research in the areas of palliative care, obstructive lung disease, and dyspnea at The Center for Health Research, Kaiser Permanente and is Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine/Senior Scholar of Ethics at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. He is Senior Physician for Northwest Permanente also serving as Regional Clinical Quality Lead for COPD, Medical Director for Inpatient Respiratory Therapy, and serves the KP National Guideline Quality Program. Amongst his research experience he is a founding steering committee member of CONCERT and co-PI of the COPD Patient Powered Research Network.
